Staff working in your halls of residence reception can give you advice, support and guidance on how you report a repair or any damages in your room or flat. Guidance and a QR link for repair reporting is displayed in your halls kitchen and in the Halls of Residence Handbook which you can view on your Accommodation Portal. If you have an urgent repair like no hot water or a water leak, then please tell reception staff straight away and if no one is there, call an RA or speak to your local Accommodation Service Team by submitting an enquiry or visiting your local Student Centre.
