If your BRP has not arrived, please check that your address is the same as when you made the visa application. If you have changed your address, you need to update it online and contact the delivery company TNT.
If your address hasn't changed and the BRP has not arrived 10 days after the decision letter was received, you would need to contact TNT to arrange a new delivery date.
When contacting TNT, you need:
• Your address given in the application
• Your 9-digit consignment number (this is found in emails from TNT and UKVI’s BRP courier delivery team)
You should only contact UKVI in the following circumstance:
• You do not have a consignment number
• TNT cannot assist with your query
• It has been more than 30-days since the BRP should have been delivered
