I recently graduated, why can I no longer access my email?

Your Greenwich University student account expires 90 days (3 months) after you receive your results – this means you will no longer be able to log-in into services such as email, the Portal, and Moodle. Unfortunately it is not possible to reinstate their student email address as we do not have licences for alumni email accounts. The university email that end with a @gre.ac.uk suffix is specifically for current students and staff. For more information visit our Student IT account webpage.
