How do I replace my Biometric Resident Permit (BRP)?

Don't worry if you've lost your BRP or had it stolen. It's straightforward to get another one. Report that it's been lost or stolen on the Home Office webpage. There, you can also apply for a replacement. If you lost it outside the UK you'll also need to apply for a replacement BRP visa to be able to re-enter the UK.
