We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties, and we are here to help and support you. We have a range of non-urgent mental health support available.

If you feel as if you would benefit from speaking with a counsellor or are concerned about your mental wellbeing, please see our webpages.

You can also come to one of our Student Wellbeing drop-ins to speak to a Student Wellbeing Services Practitioner.

If you have a diagnosis of a mental health condition, you may be eligible for support from our Disability & Dyslexia team. You can make an appointment with us by sending your medical evidence to wellbeing@gre.ac.uk.

If you need to speak with someone urgently, please contact your GP for an urgent appointment or contact your local NHS Mental Health Crisis service.

You can also contact Spectrum Life at any time for in the moment support.
